30-Day Return Policy
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number. Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging.
Most Items
Return within 30 days of delivery in original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories included. Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Electronics & Appliances
Return within 30 days in original packaging with all included accessories and manuals. Opened software and downloadable content are final sale.
Clothing & Apparel
Unworn items with original tags may be returned within 30 days. Swimwear, intimate apparel, and customized items are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Health & Beauty
For health and safety reasons, opened skincare, cosmetics, and personal-care items cannot be returned. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will provide a prepaid return label plus a replacement or full refund, including any shipping paid.
How to Return an Item
- 1 Email or call us with your order number and the reason for your return.
- 2 We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address (a prepaid label for damaged or wrong items).
- 3 After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
